ATTENDING VENDORS
VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendors will be placed in spaces based on the content of the exhibit. We will have larger spaces for vendors who will be bringing instruments or items that can be tested, and smaller spaces for those with informational or other goods. Rooms will have access to outlets, wifi, and cell phone service.
Fees: Vendors will be charged $40/table in addition to registration fees.
Deadline for Vendor Registration is February 18, 2024
